uncomfortable pillows annoying music

the location was great and near many transport options. however, the large tv only had free-to-air channels. i couldn't link my apps. the pillows were also uncomfortable. i found the constant music in the lobby annoying.

The bed was comfortable. i loved the pillows. They were divine. the hotel location was amazing and convenient. it was close to everything, including main public transport like the metro line and the trams.

the lifts took a while. i waited a while to get on a lift to the car park. only one lift takes you to the car park.

The buffet breakfast was amazing!!! i generally do not like buffet-style breakfasts. however, the quality and variety of options at this breakfast were fantastic and delicious. It was a great start to each day.

The room was clean, but the tv had limited channels. I couldn't even connect to netflix. there were no robes provided and the pillows were uncomfortable. the minibar selection was poor, so i went to a nearby store instead. constant loud music in the public areas made it hard to relax. The choice of music was quite bad.

separate sinks rainfall shower delicious breakfast

My room included two separate sinks in the bathroom. the rainfall shower was a nice touch. I found it very relaxing. breakfast downstairs offered a delicious start to my day.

the musak in the lounge area was a bit loud.

speedy check-in immaculate room extra touches online checking faulty card staff response

the team provided speedy check-in and check-out. the room was immaculate. it was well thought out with extra touches like two sinks in the bathroom.

online checking did not work. staff tried to show us how it works but it still did not. my daughter was stuck in the hotel due to a faulty card. staff said she was the problem, not the card.
